When I Become a Planet

I’ve mentioned it before, but in case anyone missed it, I Love Learning. If I could get paid to learn as much as I could (and eventually use and share what I’ve learned) life would be great!
Much of my reading consists of ancient texts; the older the better sometimes! I like learning how the people of times past mindset may have been and why. The things they were dealing with in their society and also the things going on astrologically, since Astrology was considered an esteemed science historically. These topics and many others interest and excite the deepest parts of me!
Many have heard the saying; future proves past, and past proves future; and it couldn’t be more true. Looking into astrological occurences and solar activity in conjunction with the climate of the earth and not just the temperature climate, but also the societal climate, political climate and the like and comparing them to current times, you start to notice how many patterns are present. This topic is so rich with information I feel it is a never-ending learning opportunity. Another which I am excited to add to my list of shit to cram into my brain before I die. 🙃
Another thing that interests me is the similarities in ancient stories — from the Greek and Roman gods and goddesses, the Egyptians with the wisdom and brilliance they brought along with all and many of the ones that came before and how all of that relates to the naming of the planets, stars and constellations in our solar system, the meanings behind them how they affect and interact with us and so much more.
I had this theory that the hierarchy that is The Planetary Rulers were, one day, sometime long before time as we know it, similar to us as humans. Not exactly as us, naturally but that they led lives of trials and potential tribulations, where they were tested and given opportunities to overcome or choose better and do better, as we are. That they, eventually, through cycles and many lives and lifetimes, ultimately ascended to the point they are now, the consciousness(loose term) that is the planetary body, the Ruler, if you will, of their own domain, with their own ‘moons’ (society/family) and they eventually evolve into becoming their own Galaxy.
May sound far-fetched to some, but in reality, who can say they know for certain that it’s not true? I’ll wait. 😶🌫️
I enjoy letting my mind wander to see what it may come up with. Most times — I run off on things like this, and as I begin researching deeper and deeper, most of my research usually corroborates my original seemingly outlandish hunch!
I wrote this poem with that in mind. Letting my inner child play and think and have ideas without being ridiculed or told they are wrong (when so much of what we are ‘taught’ is a fabrication) is so soothing. There is so much more to discover about why we are here and what we are capable of than this disillusioned material world provides us.
Maybe one day I will be my own planet, and if so, I’m here for it! 🤭
When I become a planet
I wonder what they’ll see
Perhaps the weight of the World bearing down to form me.
When I am my own Star
I’ll wonder if they know
When every material is
stripped away
How my radiance will show.
When I am living among them as sea and as sky
I wonder what they’ll feel
Waking up to a new reality
When the last one seemed
so real.
